A Santa Shuffle is a unique event! YOU get to dress up as SANTA and run, walk, dance, and shuffle along side Rt. 47 through the heart of Yorkville, IL. The route is one mile to River City Roasters and one mile back.
On December 8th, we gathered in the Jewel Osco Parking lot at 9am. Here is where participants received their very own Santa Suit. One size fits most.
We put the Santa Suits on over our clothes and OFF WE WENT THROUGH TOWN!
We "shuffled" to downtown Yorkville to River City Roasters for hot cocoa and cookies, and then we shuffled back to Jewel Osco.
Let's sing, let's dance, let's shuffle!
This is an all-ages event. The Santa Suit comes in an adult one-size-fits most. You get pants, a top, and a hat (as shown above).
